Vijai Parwani was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993 after reading law at the National University of Singapore. After spending a few years in a mid-size firm, he left to set up his own practice, Parwani & Co and in 2001 which was gradually incorporated into Parwani Law LLC in 2014.
As the Managing Director of Parwani Law LLC, he is highly experienced in navigating through complex legal issues and is a well seasoned litigator. The experience that he has gained from the three decades in the legal industry has honed his expertise and deepened his understanding of the complexities and nuances of the law, making him a formidable and highly respected legal professional.
Mr. Parwani is currently a Member of The Law Society Inquiry Panel, where in his 17 years of membership, he has sat as Chairman on both the Review Committee and Inquiry Committee as well as appeared on behalf of the Law Society before the Disciplinary Committee and the Court of Three Judges.
In addition to this, he also holds appointments as Member of the Inadequate Professional Service Complaints Committee under the Law Society and Lay member of the Complaints Panel of the Singapore Dental Council.
